VISITING A TRADITIONAL MILL (ES MOLÍ DE CAN PLANETES) – Santa Eulària des Riu

Nowadays this mill it is a Cultural Center situated in Santa Eulària des Riu. You can start walking around the surroundings, traversing the riverbed, seeing the small gardens …. is a perfect plan to do with kids in Santa Eulària des Riu !

This is an ancient mill, with ditches dated on the tenth century (Andalusian era), and it was used until 1950 approximately. Still now, you can enjoy the sound of water, the flour mill is fully operational!.

Also you will appreciate the typical architecture of a country home, a statement of basic farming tools, measures with which the grain was weighed, light panels telling the history of the river, its environmental biodiversity, etc. .

Directions and visiting hours :

Visiting hours are from 10:00 to 13:00. Closed on Mondays. To get there you have several alternatives:

    • strolling through the area of the river,
    • coming down from Puig d’en Missa
    • walk from the parking next to the Local Police
